Kehinde Durosinmi-Etti (ACCA, B.Sc.), CEO, Variant Advisory, has over three decades of management and leadership experience as a Chartered Accountant and Banker. After a stint in audit practice; he started his banking career in 1987 when he joined the Nigerian-American Merchant Bank Limited (an Affiliate of Bank of Boston). Out of the 27 years career span in Banking and other financial services, sixteen of these years were spent in top leadership positions as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of three different Banks in Nigeria, Midas Bank in 1995, Eko International Bank in 2002 and Skye Bank in 2010 and each time leaving on his own volition.

Durosinmi-Etti has been variously described as a leader, an astute Banker, turnaround expert, a paradigm of professionalism with experience that cuts across Operations, Technology, Treasury, Corporate and Investment Banking. He is a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer with integrated expertise in local and global financial markets, corporate strategy and experience in boardroom and corporate governance issues. He holds a first degree in Economics from the University of lbadan and he is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) United Kingdom.

Professor Osita Ogbu (PhD, M.A., OON), a former Chief Economic Adviser to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Chief Executive Officer of National Planning Commission, November 2005 to November 2006, has a wealth of economic policy, public sector and international experience. He currently serves as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of African Development Solutions International (ADSI) and Chairman, Governing Council of Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER). Prof. Ogbu had worked in several countries and served in other leadership positions including as Executive Director, The African Technology Policy Studies Network in Nairobi. He was a senior management officer at International Development Research Centre (IDRC, Canada) based in Nairobi, Kenya. Prof. Ogbu serves as a Director of Integrated Microfinance Bank (MFB) Plc and previously as member of Board of Directors of Main Street Bank.

Prof. Ogbu has published widely on economics and he is also the Author of The Moon Also Sets (published by the East African Educational publishers, Kenya Ltd. since 2002 and Heinemann Nigeria Ltd. since 2003. Dr. Ogbu attended University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he obtained a BSc Degree in Economics. He later obtained an M.A and Ph.D. Degrees in Economics from Howard University, Washington DC, USA.

Deji Alli (CMA, B.Sc., MFR) is the Founder, CEO and Managing Director of Asset & Resource Management Co Ltd ("ARM"), a diversified financial services group with subsidiaries in asset management, investment, pensions, private equity, properties, real estate, and infrastructure financing. Since founding ARM in 1994, he has managed the firm to becoming one of Nigeria's largest and most prominent asset management companies with total assets of over US $3 billion under management.

His prior work experience includes six years in the asset management business with Prudential Portfolio Managers Limited, UK, following which he joined the African Development Bank (ADB) where he was a member of the team responsible for managing the institution's US$8 billion Debt Portfolio. Deji has a post-graduate degree in Finance from the University of Lagos; and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Advisory Partner, Public Policy, Governance and Development

Ejeviome Eloho Otobo (MPA, BSC) is currently a Non-Resident Senior Expert in Peacebuilding and Global Economic Policy at the Global Governance Institute, Brussels, Belgium. Previously, he was director and deputy head of the UN Peacebuilding Support Office (PBSO) at the United Nations Headquarters, New York; where he also acted as Assistant Secretary General from February-August 2009. Before joining PBSO, he served in various departments of the United Nations, including the Office of the Special Adviser on Africa; UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs; and the UN Economic Commission for Africa in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He joined the United Nations after a distinguished career in the diplomatic service of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. During the course of his diplomatic career, he served on the Policy Planning Staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, represented Nigeria in several countries, and participated in various bi-lateral political and multi-lateral economic negotiations. In recognition of his contribution to Nigeria’s diplomacy and foreign policy, he appointed ambassador-in-situ.

Mr. Otobo served as an Honorary Member of Advisory Board for the World Conflict Report 2012 and is a member of the External Experts Advisory Board of Informing Conflict Prevention, Resolution and Response (INFOCORE) Consortium Project funded by the European Union. He is widely published and has written on a wide range of issues, including peacebuilding, public service reforms, institutional development, governance, regulatory policy and management, and international trade. He recently co-edited African Development in the 21st Century: Adebayo Adedeji’s Theories and Contributions (2015). Otobo obtained his bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and earned his Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.

Rotimi Olugbohungbe (FCA, M.Sc., ACIT, CISA) is the Chief Executive Officer of Counterhouse Consultants Limited, a multi-solution consulting company. A Chartered Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant, he has over twenty years working experience spanning banking, audit, tax, consulting, accounting, IT and training. He started his working career with Akintola Williams & Co. (now Akintola Williams Deloitte) where he qualified as Chartered Accountant before joining the then Nationwide Merchant Bank (now Bank PHB) after which he joined Corporate Development Consultants as the Chief Operating Officer. He has served as a Consultant to the World Bank on economic reforms and on the Investment Climate Program (ICP) team for Nigeria; and as a consultant to DFID on tax reforms for sub- Saharan Africa.

A Fellow of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), He obtained a B.Sc. Accountancy degree from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and Masters Degree in Computer and Information Science from Lead City University, Ibadan. He is a member of other professional bodies such as Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria; Association of Certified Fraud Examiner; Information Systems Audit and Controls Association (ISACA) consisting Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM); Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT); Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). He is also a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C[CISO) and a Certified Project Management Practitioner.
